Passenger Sun Reach 47
Designed specifically for operators serving longer routes
The Passenger Sun Reach 47 is a practical variant of the passenger catamaran Sun Reach 47, designed specifically for operators serving longer routes where access to electric vehicle charging infrastructure is limited. This versatile vessel combines proven propulsion solutions with eco-friendly technologies, offering an optimal balance between economic efficiency and environmental responsibility. Equipped with two fuel-efficient FPT 125 HP engines and a supplementary 5 kW PV panel system with a 600 Ah battery pack, the vessel can power onboard hotel systems without running a generator, fully aligning with the eco-conscious philosophy of the Polish Hydrogen Shipping (PHS).
Passenger Sun Reach 47:
Cost-effective operation with no compromises
The FPT diesel engines are renowned for exceptionally low fuel consumption and legendary reliability, and when powered by modern HVO biofuels, they enable up to a 90% reduction in CO₂ emissions.
With a 1,000-liter fuel tank capacity, the vessel boasts an impressive operational range, while an 18 kW generator ensures full energy autonomy for all hotel systems. This solution significantly reduces port stay costs and eliminates the need for continuous access to external electrical power sources.
A universal space for any event
The main deck, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 50 passengers, can be fully customized to meet various needs—serving as an elegant conference room, restaurant, or exclusive floating showroom. The flybridge serves as a sunny terrace equipped with a full audio system and RGB LED lighting, creating an unforgettable setting for both business and private events. Luxurious interior finishes, including stone countertops, ambient lighting, and synthetic HPL TEAK accents, underscore the vessel’s prestigious character.
Technology ready for the future
The anti-destruction aluminum structure provides high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, ensuring long-term investment profitability. An integrated ISMA® system enables remote control of air conditioning, lighting, and tank monitoring, while advanced Raymarine navigation with 8 IP cameras guarantees the highest level of operational safety.
A particularly attractive feature is the hull’s readiness for future conversion to a hydrogen Range Extender system, making this vessel a future-proof investment in line with the energy transformation of the maritime sector.
